The spirit undergoes a dual-cask maturation process. It first rests for 8 years in 200-liter flame-charred ex-Bourbon American oak barrels, which account for the primary 90% of its maturation profile, infusing sweet vanilla and toasted grain notes. It is then transferred for a 9-month finish (the final 10% touch) into 200-liter, first-fill Tawny Port oak casks sourced directly from Pinhão, Portugal.

On the palate, it sparks an emotional journey—shifting from comforting vanilla sweetness to vibrant orchard and berry fruits, balanced by soft hazelnut and oak spice. It is the ultimate dram for relaxing evenings or sharing quiet, meaningful moments with friends.
