Shipping your package
Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of payment receipt. They are shipped via our own in-house delivery service or through our partner network (GLS, UPS, etc.) with a tracking number; delivery does not require a signature. Regardless of the chosen delivery method, we will send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport costs vary based on the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separately placed orders, and shipping fees will apply to each one. Your package is shipped at your own risk, though special care is taken with fragile items.
Box sizes are appropriate, and your items are properly protected.
We take special care in packaging your precious liquids. All our bottles are secured in suitable packaging that ensures optimal protection during transport.
Even if the package appears to be in good condition, ALWAYS check the contents in the presence of the carrier.
If products are damaged, you may refuse or accept the package, but you MUST state PRECISE RESERVATIONS so that we can act in your best interest!
PLEASE NOTE: Vague remarks such as "Subject to unpacking" or "Subject to opening" are not legally valid. They will not protect you in the event of a claim.
