Its impressive depth comes from a meticulous aging regime: an equal combination of American oak bourbon barrels (approx. 50%) and Spanish oak Oloroso sherry butts (approx. 50%). Every element of the liquid matures for at least 15 full years, absorbing rich wood character and subtle fruity sweetness. Bottled at a strength of 46% ABV and non-chill filtered, it retains all its natural oils and rich texture straight from the cask.
